Four listings sell Netflix accounts on the same shared Premium access at four different lengths, and sellers state the day count instead of leaving you to work it out.

The term lines and the profile lines are not the same product, and only one of the two describes itself properly at the moment.
The four term listings hand you a Netflix premium account login that other viewers also use, each on their own profile. That is what keeps the price low, and it is why the rules forbid removing devices or signing everyone out: an action that looks harmless to you breaks the account for everybody on it.
