How to Withdraw Earnings on HstockPlus
Withdraw Available Funds after your seller-level wait. Prefer USDT on BSC. See fees, reseller discount, and payout steps.

When order funds can be withdrawn
You withdraw from Available Funds on the supplier Withdraw page. An order enters Available when all of these are true:
- Payment is completed, or partial after a partial refund (full refunds do not pay out).
- The buyer confirmed the order, or HstockPlus auto-confirmed it after your seller-level wait from the order date (no open dispute, no open support ticket). Wait length depends on your level: 3 / 2 / 1 days (see the benefits table below).
- Funds are released to you and not on hold.
- Any dispute is cleared (or resolved in a way that releases funds to the supplier).
- The order is not already inside a withdrawal request or a completed payout.
Open Withdraw and tap the Available card to see which orders count toward that balance.
Pending Funds
Pending means the order is paid enough to matter, but it is not withdrawable yet. Common reasons:
- Waiting for buyer confirm or your level's auto-confirm wait (see the benefits table)
- Open dispute or funds on hold
- Partial-refund cooldown still running
Tap the Pending card on Withdraw for the order list.
Supplier level benefits
Your seller level comes from confirmed sales in the last 365 days. Higher levels shorten the auto-confirm wait before order funds can move to Available, and unlock more listing and inventory room. Full comparison:

Partial refund timing
If payment status is partial:
- Buyer confirm is not required for payout timing.
- Wait 1 day after HstockPlus records the partial refund.
- If that record time is missing (older orders), wait 3 days from the order date.
After the wait, the remaining paid share can move to Available if funds are not held for a dispute.
How to request a withdrawal
- Log in as a supplier on hstockplus.com.
- Open the supplier dashboard, then go to Withdraw.
- Confirm Available Funds is greater than zero. The request covers your current Available balance (after fee and any listed deductions), not a custom amount.
- Connect Telegram in Shop Settings if you have not already. Withdrawals require Telegram for notifications.
- Choose a payout method that meets the minimum for your Available balance, enter wallet or payment details, and submit. Prefer USDT on BSC (BEP20) for the fastest path (see below).
- Wait for admin review. After approval, payout goes to the method you entered. While a request is open, those orders show under Requested Withdrawal.
Best payout: USDT on BSC (no fee, no delay)
Use a USDT BEP20 / BSC address when you withdraw. That network is the best option on HstockPlus: no fee and no delay compared with other crypto networks or methods.
Copy the receive address from Trust Wallet or Binance. Double-check that the network is BSC / BEP20 before you submit.

Open Trust Wallet, select USDT on the Smart Chain / BSC network, then copy your receive address.

In Binance, open Deposit (or Receive) for USDT, choose the BSC / BEP20 network, then copy the address.
Fees and deductions
Available Funds on the withdraw card may show these lines before you get paid:
- Coupon + gateway costs (often around 10%): this line covers customer coupons and payment gateway costs. HstockPlus does not take a sales commission from that line.
- Afflixo commission on attributed orders, when it applies.
- Reseller subsidy: when an authorized reseller buys from your listings, you fund their wholesale discount. The default rate is 5%. Set Reseller discount to 0% in Shop Settings to turn it off. Keeping it on can help affiliates bring more sales.
The net amount after those lines is what you receive if the request is approved.
Tips
- Paste a USDT BSC address and confirm the network before you submit. Wrong wallet addresses are hard to fix after payout.
- If you already have a pending withdrawal, wait about 10 minutes before submitting another.
- Warranty length on a product does not by itself unlock or block Available Funds.
