- Which Chrome profile is this Gmail logged into?

- Cookies and login states get mixed up, making it easy to log into the wrong account.
- When a team member needs to take over an account, you have to reorganize everything from scratch.
- With a dozen browser windows open on the same computer, you eventually lose track of which is which.
These days, I prefer using an anti-detect browser / multi-account browser to keep accounts organized.

Where do Twitter/X and Gmail accounts come from?
If the accounts are ones you registered and own yourself, just import your own accounts directly.
If your business allows purchasing accounts, you can also find suppliers through account marketplaces.

For long-term management, I usually prioritize:
Account + accessible email + working recovery method

Gmail
Gmail category:
Gmail listings vary even more.
Marketplace listings may include different combinations, such as:
- Gmail login account
- Password
- 2FA
- Recovery email
- Backup codes
- App password
- Cookie
- Different registration years or regions
What exactly is included depends on each individual listing page.
My own habit is:
Check access first, then age, and price last.
Because a "3-year-old Gmail" with recovery methods completely outside your control isn't necessarily more convenient for long-term management than a newer account with complete details.

Step 2: Don't rush to log in — design a naming convention first

Say you have 30 accounts.
Whatever you do, don't name them like this:

A month later, nobody will know what these are.
I prefer something like:

Your profile names should let you know who it belongs to and what it's for without even opening it.
Step 3: Use Groups and Tags
Once profiles pile up, groups become really useful.

This makes finding accounts much faster.
For example:
I need all Twitter accounts for Project A.
Just filter by group + tag — no need to open an Excel sheet and hunt through rows.
Step 4: What goes inside one profile?
It doesn't have to be strictly "one account per profile."
I prefer to decide based on business relationships.
For example:

If this Gmail is the recovery email for Twitter A, keeping them in the same profile makes perfect sense.
But if the Gmail is a completely independent business email, I'd create a separate profile for it.
The principle is simple:
Keep related things together; don't force unrelated accounts into one profile just to save a profile slot.
Step 5: Network settings — simpler is better
This is another common misconception.
People new to anti-detect browsers often think:
The more parameters I tweak, the more professional I look.
In reality, for day-to-day account management, what matters most is consistency, traceability, and maintainability.
If your business doesn't need a proxy, there's no need to buy one just to use an anti-detect browser.
If your company needs a proxy for legitimate reasons like remote work, regional operations, or other business needs, you can configure the company-approved proxy in the profile and keep a record of it.
I don't switch networks, browser settings, or device configurations every day.
The more complex things get, the easier it is for your own team to mess up.
Step 6: First login to Twitter/X or Gmail
Once the profile is created, open the browser.
Then log in just like you would in regular Chrome.
For Gmail, for example:

Close the profile
Same for Twitter/X.
I don't recommend importing a bunch of cookies, scripts, or session data the moment you get an account.
If you have a working account, password, and 2FA, going through the platform's normal login flow is much easier to manage.
Cookies, auth tokens, backup codes, and 2FA secrets should all be treated as password-level sensitive credentials — don't casually share them in Telegram groups, public Slack channels, or plain Excel files.
Step 7: Update notes immediately after a successful login
It's a tiny habit, but it pays off massively over time.

Three months later, open the profile and you'll instantly know what happened.
Step 8: For team collaboration, don't share passwords directly
If you have employees working with you, I'd strongly suggest:
Give employees profile permissions instead of sending everyone the full list of account passwords.

Step 9: I don't use Synchronizer for large-scale identical actions

For example, you operate the main window and the others follow along with your clicks.
It's genuinely convenient.
But on platforms like Twitter/X and Gmail, I wouldn't use it to batch:
- Following at the same time
- Liking at the same time
- Posting identical content
- Sending large volumes of emails
- Mass-producing identical behavior patterns
For one thing, these operations are error-prone by nature.
For another, platforms have their own restrictions on automation, spam, and inauthentic behavior.
I mostly use Synchronizer for internal testing, page checks, or repetitive operations that don't involve platform interactions.

"What about MasBrowser?"
If you're already comparing AdsPower / BitBrowser, you can run a round of MasBrowser using the same naming and grouping rules.
Looking at the feature lists, the three overlap heavily: isolated environments, groups, sync, RPA, team permissions, and Local API are all there. MasBrowser's more noticeable difference is the lower entry price — it's a good fit for running a real workload with a dozen to a hundred profiles before deciding whether to commit long-term.

"Is AdsPower worth paying for?"
Start with the free / trial version.
Don't buy a yearly plan just because you read an affiliate blog post.
Set up 2 profiles first and run your actual workflow through them.
If it genuinely saves you time compared to Chrome profiles + Excel, then upgrade.
That's the testing method I'd recommend most.
A few final lessons
If you're managing a lot of Twitter/X or Gmail accounts for the first time, I'd actually suggest starting simple:
1. Get the account relationships straight first. Which Twitter maps to which email — record it clearly.
2. Recovery matters more than "account age." An account registered years ago doesn't guarantee stability down the road.
3. Don't treat cookies and tokens like plain text. These are sensitive login credentials.
4. Standardize your profile naming. Once you hit 50 accounts, you'll thank yourself for doing this from day one.
5. Use team permissions — don't copy passwords around.
